This has been and continues to be one of the best places to go hang out in the greater Wilmington area to have fun with no worries. They often have live music, open mic nights and they have darts and pool tables to stay entertained.
Always feel welcome and the owners remember details of the last conversation had, even if it's been a year since they saw you.. great spot.
I love this place it's like my second family my husband who is known as tickle started going here first then I went one time with him and now I love this place the staff is so friendly and so are the people that go there I would defiantly recommend this place to everyone
Weekends at Luck's are a blast, dance floor is always hopping. The bartenders are always very friendly and service is always quick and attentive. If you are looking for a tavern with coldest drinks and the best company this is the place to be!
Seemed like a mix between a locals only tavern and a bikers bar. We were maybe over dressed, so we got a couple of strange looks. They don't serve food, except a cold barbecue bar, which I'm glad I tossed out because I feel like I would have gotten sick. However, the hot dog stand out front, that is cash only, did have a delicious bacon/jalapeño dog. But the ATM inside was out of money, so.. bring cash
I'm from the area and almost 50. I've wait all these years to have a neighborhood bar. I've traveled other places and always wished for my own place to hang out. A little over a year ago I got damn lucky. We just happened to stop by one night. I've found a secound family. I know about the good and the bad in their lives. We celebrate and sometime we shed some tears. I've always felt welcomed and safe. If your not sure just stop in a sit a spell. Talk to the locals and I'll be along shortly to say hello. Live music Friday's and Saturday's. Great place. Staff rocks!
