Very upset student. I have called and left several voicemails that we're never return. I call and get transferred with no help. I just got told over the phone that they are very busy with other students. I am a student and I pay tuition out of pocket and I really wish that when I called I would get much better assistance. I had to contact the dean in order to get my last, very simple, issue resolved. This place is ridiculous.
